Intratek Computer, Inc. is looking for a full-time Program Manager to support us in downtown Los Angeles, CA that has either ran or assisted running an entire IT department is required as it will take someone well-rounded in the entire IT organization to include:

  • Strategic & tactical planning
  • Network design
  • Contract management
  • Budgets

The candidate shall deliver IT Services that are aligned with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) as the nomenclature basis, IT Service Management (ITSM) as the service management basis, COBIT 5 as the basis for governance and management, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model Integration (SEI CMMI) for Services as the basis for project and program management, and Six Sigma as the continuous improvement basis, or any industry accepted substitute.

These standards shall be used to assist the IT Department in standardizing and improving its business processes. The Service Provider will document such processes as part of its Service delivery.

 

At the end of the day, the Program Manager will need to be responsible in ensuring that our services are delivered according to the above requirements.

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Responsible for managing complex Information technology programs and projects.
  • Ensures that all the technology projects follow the standard procedures that are used in the management and deployment of projects.
  • Having a strong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT 5, PMBOK, PMP, SEI CMMI Services or other disciplines is essential. Formal certifications is a plus.
  • Undertakes strategy creation for contingency planning and risk mitigation.
  • Responsible for planning and scheduling project goals, milestones and deliverable.
  • Defines requirements and plans the project life cycle deployment.
  • Defines resources for project and program implementation.
  • Identifies and solves project issues effectively.
  • Performs team assessment and evaluations.
  • Exhibits leadership qualities to define requirements for project risks.
  • Possesses skills like organization, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Designs and maintains project and technical documentation.
  • Reports the progress as well as the problems to management stakeholders.
  • Experience leading information technology strategic planning initiatives with clients.
  • Ability to manage account financials involving monthly and annual budgets.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience managing client accounts with a staff of 10 or more subordinates.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Candidate must be comfortable making technology presentations to company and client executives.
  • Must be able to represent Company and client positions and build consensus.
