Key Requirements:
- HxGN EAM Expertise: Minimum 7 years of experience with HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM), specifically in version 11 or higher.
- Industry Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Transit/Transportation industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and workflows.
- Extensibility Framework Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through the Extensibility Framework to enhance system functionality and meet complex business requirements.
- FlexSQL Development: Expertise in developing and implementing FlexSQL solutions to address and optimize business needs within HxGN EAM.
- Work and Asset Management: In-depth experience with HxGN EAM’s Work and Asset Management modules, including Work Orders, Planning, Equipment management, and other related functions.
- Leadership in EAM Solutions: Minimum 5 years of experience delivering enterprise asset management solutions, with a proven track record of leading solution development teams in complex implementations.
- EAM Implementation Experience: At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end EAM implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- MS Office Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project, with the ability to produce detailed documentation and presentations.
- System Adaptation Skills: Ability to customize and adapt systems, applications, and programs to align with evolving business requirements and drive continuous improvement.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
