Intratek Computer, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team.

Job Description:
– Helpdesk offering in-person, on-phone and virtual/remote support for hardware and software issues.
– 10+ years of enterprise IT experience supporting at least 200 users.
– Enterprise remote mobile device management.
– Enterprise user equipment provisioning, installing, maintenance – smart phones, desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP and POTS phones.
– Enterprise asset inventory management including procurement, assignment, retirement and disposal.
– Printer management – local and network printer setup, install, troubleshooting
– Authoring and upkeep of documents for User Guides and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
– Audio/video conferencing equipment support and maintenance.
– End user training, including the creation of pre-recorded training videos.
– Lift up to 40 lbs.
– Valid Class C Driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record of no more than three moving violations and no DUI’s within the last three years.
