Intratek Computer, Inc. seeks an IT Service Desk professional for remote support in Charlotte, NC. This role offers competitive pay, medical benefits, vacation, and holidays.
We’re searching for a talented individual to join our Service Desk team as a Level 1 Service Desk Support Analyst. As part of our team, you’ll provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, ensuring accurate recording of incidents and resolutions in the Cherwell ticketing system.

Work Days/Shifts:

  • Monday thru Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Monday thru Friday: 2:00pm – 11:00pm

This position is remote, but the first two weeks will be onsite (for Training).
Please note that training typically happens Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for the first 2 weeks.


  • Answering phones to assist end users from various departments with technical inquiries, including department-specific applications and Office 365 support.
  • Demonstrating expertise in customer service, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in a remote technical call center.
  • Self-discipline and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 support and ability to multitask effectively while following Knowledge Base articles.
